Principal Owner
The founder and principal, Michael D’Amato is a CPA licensed in the State of New Jersey (License #20CC02190400. Michael began his career in Public Accounting performing audits, provided accounting services and prepared individual and corporate Taxes. Michael then held Accounting and Finance roles for major, national retail companies. Michael's last success was playing a critical Financial role with The Children's Place, Inc. where his innovative and technology experience helped grow the business from 250 stores to well over 1,000 stores. Previous to The Children's Place, Michael held a Financial role with The Limited Inc.
In mid-2014, aspirations of entrepreneurship came calling for Michael. Michael saw an opportunity to help small and mid-size businesses with virtual cloud based solutions and jumped on it.
